HarSun Soft Systems is hiring a motivated HR Executive for our Nallur location (near sriperumbudur). This is an entry-level position open to freshers who are eager to build a career in Human Resources management within the automotive industry.

Key Responsibilities
Assist with recruitment processes, including shortlisting candidates and scheduling interviews.
Coordinate the onboarding, orientation, and document verification for new employees.
Maintain complete employee records, leave logs, and daily attendance files.
Support day-to-day HR administrative operations and address general employee queries.
Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and statutory compliance processes.

Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s degree (Mandatory).




Experience: Freshers welcome.
Key Skills: Valuable communication skills, basic computer knowledge (MS Excel and MS Word), and solid organization skills.
Joining: Preference will be given to immediate joiners.
