Position: HR Manager

Location: Chhatarpur, Delhi

Salary: ₹40,000–₹50,000/month

Experience: 3 Years

Qualification: Bachelor's Degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field

Key Responsibilities:
Manage recruitment, onboarding, documentation & exits.
Handle attendance, leave, employee records & HR documentation.
Develop and implement HR policies.
Manage employee relations and workplace issues.
Coordinate payroll inputs, incentives & employee processes.
Ensure labour law and company policy compliance.
Support performance appraisals, discipline & employee engagement.
Prepare HR reports and coordinate manpower planning.
