Manage end-to-end Non-IT recruitment across multiple functions
Understand job requirements & draft effective JDs
Source through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, etc.
Conduct screening, schedule interviews & coordinate with stakeholders
Build and manage talent pipelines
Support hiring drives & employer branding initiative HR Operations.
Support onboarding, induction & documentationMaintain employee records, trackers & HR databases
Assist in offers, joining formalities & basic compliance
Coordinate with teams for smooth HR processes
Assist with payroll inputs, attendance & other HR tasks
MBA in HR or equivalent
3 years of experience in Non-IT recruitment HR operations
Robust sourcing & stakeholder management
Valuable understanding of HR processes & compliance
Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
Proficiency in MS Office;HRMS knowledge is a plus

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.64 - ₹45,000.81 per month
