We are looking for an experienced Healthcare Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate should have experience in healthcare staffing/recruitment and be comfortable working in the US shift.
Key Responsibilities:
Source and recruit healthcare professionals for US-based requirements.
Screen candidates and assess their skills, experience, and suitability.
Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
Maintain candidate information and recruitment records in the ATS.
Work closely with the recruitment and account management teams to fulfill hiring requirements.
Ensure timely submission of qualified candidates to clients.
Build and maintain a solid candidate pipeline.
Requirements:
1–4 years of experience in Healthcare Recruitment/US Healthcare Staffing .
Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
Solid sourcing and candidate-screening skills.
Ability to work independently and meet recruitment targets.
Comfortable working in the 7:00 PM – 4:00 AM IST shift.
Candidates from Mohali/Chandigarh Tricity preferred.
