Key Responsibilities

Execution Delivery
Writes clean, maintainable, and reusable code using established patterns and libraries
Delivers features from requirements to production with minimal guidance
Estimates work accurately and communicates progress and risks clearly
Applies appropriate trade-offs between speed, quality, complexity, and cost

Quality Testing




Writes automated tests that ensure correctness and enable secure changes
Maintains and improves test suites alongside production code

System Ownership Reliability

Participates in on-call rotations; investigates and resolves production issues within agreed service levels
