Under the COO there are 3 lines of business with Corporate Mobility Solutions today

at around ~₹120 Cr with target to grow it to ₹1,400 Crs by 2030.

Role Mandate
Build, scale, and institutionalize the Corporate Mobility Solutions (ETS)

business as a national vertical
Transition from a fragmented, relationship-led business to a structured,

scalable growth engine
Deliver ~14x growth in 4 years with strong governance, profitability discipline,

and execution rigor
Act as a business builder (0→1 and 1→10) and not just an operatorCandidate Profile

Experience
20+ years in mobility / logistics / fleet / transport / B2B services
Experience in scaling businesses across multiple cities/geographies
Robust exposure to enterprise sales + operations management




MNC / structured organization background preferred
