Business Analyst
Responsibilities
Frequent knowledge updates on the latest industry trends, including Generative AI and Vision AI advancements, IT modernization, and automation practices.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support stakeholder business requirements and solution phrasing.
Evaluate business processes, anticipate requirements, identify areas of improvement, and propose solutions with thorough gap analysis and attention to detail.
Interact with stakeholders to gather, document, and refine business and technical requirements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Design, Development, QA, and Project Management, to ensure an effective SDLC.
Create Work Breakdown Structures, proposal documents, and effort estimates based on confirmed scope.
Prepare BRDs, FRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, workflow diagrams, change requests, and user manuals/ documentation.
Deliver presentations, run workshops, and communicate findings effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.




Perform requirement gathering analysis and ensure solutions meet defined business needs.
Serve as a liaison between stakeholders and internal teams to ensure clarity and alignment in business requirements.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor s degree in Business, Technology, or related field.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Solid logical thinking, analytical mindset, and quick learning ability.
Working knowledge of modern AI technologies and their use cases in business settings.
Ability to communicate in Telugu, Hindi, Tamil and English is preferred.
Proficient in documentation and requirement specification writing.
Experience in agile methodologies, stakeholder management, and process optimization.
Competency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and AI productivity platforms.
Ability to create user stories, workflows, functional documentation, and process maps.
