About the Role

We are looking for a Guidewire PolicyCenter QA professional with strong P&C; Insurance experience and hands-on experience in Commercial Lines (CL).

Key Responsibilities
Perform functional, integration, regression, system, and end-to-end testing for Guidewire PolicyCenter.
Validate PolicyCenter policy lifecycle transactions including Submission, Quote, Bind, Issue, Renewal, Cancellation, Reinstatement, and Rewrite.
Create and execute test scenarios, test cases, and test scripts based on business requirements.
Validate Commercial Lines products, coverages, underwriting rules, rating, workflows, and policy transactions.
Perform integration testing between PolicyCenter and external systems.
Log, track, and retest defects using JIRA, ALM, ADO, or similar tools.
Work closely with Business Analysts, Developers, Product Owners, and other QA teams in an Agile/Scrum environment.
Support regression testing for releases, enhancements, and Guidewire upgrades.

Required Skills




3–5 years of QA/Testing experience in the P&C; Insurance domain.
Hands-on experience with Guidewire PolicyCenter.
Solid Commercial Lines (CL) experience.
Valuable understanding of P&C; insurance concepts and PolicyCenter workflows.
Experience with functional and integration testing.
Positive understanding of PolicyCenter Product Model, Rating, Underwriting, and Rules.
Experience with Agile/Scrum methodology.
Good communication and analytical skills.

Preferred Commercial Lines Experience Experience with one or more of the following is preferred:

Commercial Auto | BOP | Commercial Property | General Liability | Commercial Umbrella | Workers’ Compensation

Good to Have
Guidewire PolicyCenter certification.
Guidewire Cloud experience.
API testing using Postman or similar tools.
SQL/database testing.
Guidewire automation testing experience.
Exposure to Guidewire BillingCenter or ClaimCenter integrations.
