Requirements

We are looking for a skilled and customer-focused Help Desk / IT Support Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong verbal and written communication skills, a problem-solving mindset, and the ability to effectively handle customer queries and IT support requests.
Manage and respond to customer support requests.
Coordinate with customers and internal technical teams.
Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate assistance.
Prepare professional and accurate quotations based on customer requirements.
Maintain basic service records and follow-ups.
Handle customer queries and support requests professionally through calls, emails, and other communication channels.
Coordinate with the technical team to understand and resolve customer requirements.




Prepare accurate and professional quotations based on customer requirements.
Follow up with customers and the technical team to ensure timely updates and closure.
Maintain basic records of customer requests and quotations.
Positive verbal and written communication skills
Basic understanding of IT products/services and technical support
Valuable coordination and follow-up skills
Ability to prepare professional quotations
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and Word
Customer-friendly and professional approach
Experience in Help Desk, IT Support, Technical Support, or a similar role will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
