Bestinn Hospitality Pvt. Ltd. is a growing hospitality organization managing 15+ hotels across South India. We are seeking a agile and result-oriented HR Executive – Recruitment to support our talent acquisition efforts and help build high-performing teams across our hotel and corporate operations.

Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment for corporate and hotel operations.
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, social media, and other recruitment channels.
Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews.
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure a smooth candidate experience.
Manage offer rollouts, salary negotiations, and onboarding coordination.
Maintain recruitment trackers, reports, and hiring dashboards.
Partner with department heads to understand manpower requirements and hiring priorities.
Support campus recruitment drives, walk-in interviews, and recruitment events.
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
Ensure timely closure of positions while maintaining quality hiring standards.

Required Qualifications
MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or a related field preferred.
2–4 years of recruitment experience.
Experience in Hospitality, Hotels, Restaurants, Retail, Healthcare, Aviation, BPO, or other service industries will be preferred.
Solid understanding of recruitment processes and sourcing strategies.
Hands-on experience with job portals such as Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, Apna, or similar platforms.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to manage multiple positions and work in a fast-paced workplace.
Proficiency in MS Excel and recruitment reporting.
