Role Description
The HR Generalist (Delhi NCR) at Atomic Computing is a full-time, in office role focused on supporting day-to-day HR operations across the organization.
This role involves administering HR policies, managing employee records, supporting recruitment and onboarding activities, and coordinating performance management and employee engagement initiatives.
The HR Generalist will oversee benefits administration, assist with compensation-related processes, and ensure compliance with local labor laws and company standards.
Daily responsibilities include responding to employee queries, maintaining HR documentation, supporting HR data reporting, and collaborating with managers to address workforce needs.
The role requires close coordination with regional and global HR stakeholders to align local practices with Atomic’s broader HR strategy.

Qualifications
Demonstrated experience in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management,



with the ability to handle core HR operations and support organizational objectives.
Strong understanding of HR Policies and their implementation, including adherence to local labor regulations and company guidelines.
Hands-on experience with Employee Perks and Perks Administration, ensuring accurate enrollment, communication, and issue resolution.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict-resolution skills, with the ability to build trust across diverse teams and levels.
Proficiency in HRIS or HR management systems and basic data reporting using tools such as Excel or similar platforms.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; relevant HR certifications (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) are an advantage.
Experience working in tech, consulting, or cloud/AI-focused environments is beneficial, along with familiarity with multinational or cross-border teams.
Ability to work with strong organizational skills and attention to detail in a fast-paced setting.
