HR Intern

Location: Mumbai (Head Office)

About the Role

The Express Global Logistics HR team is looking for an aspiring HR candidate to aid the current financial year recruitment. The incoming intern will play a crucial role in growing our team by actively handling recruiting and onboarding. The intern will report directly to the head of HR and will include good exposure with senior management. Solid performance on the internship can also lead to a full time job. This will be a paid Internship and stipend will be provided. The internship will be in person with flexibility to WFH for school projects.

Roles and Responsibilities
Review open jobs in the system and ensure job descriptions are accurate
Screen candidates in our HRMS and select those who should be considered for a phone interview




Ensure candidates that are archived are tagged properly for future reference
Call prospects for phone screens
Understand what key skills are required for various jobs
Digitize employee documentation on the current HRMS
Validate employee master data and co-ordinate with employees to update the same
Assist employees in their HR related inquires
Manage employee onboarding, employee documentation, data changes and other employee lifecycle activities

Requirements
Undergraduate/Graduate looking for a 3 months Internship is preferred
Well versed with MS Office tool
Must have valuable communication skills both Verbal and Written
Willingness to work as per our Office time policy
