About the Role

Graphic Designer (6+ Years Experience)

We're looking for a fast, detail-oriented Graphic Designer with 6+ years of experience who can blend strong design fundamentals with modern Al tools like ChatGPT and generative design platforms. This role is ideal for someone who understands both aesthetics and UX, and can translate ideas into high-quality visuals quickly.

Key Responsibilities

Create high-quality creatives for digital platforms (social media, ads, landing pages, emailers, presentations)
Translate briefs into transparent, engaging visual concepts
Work closely with marketing, product, and content teams to execute campaigns Design with a strong focus on UX principles and conversion
Maintain brand consistency across all touchpoints
Use Al tools (ChatGPT, Midjourney, DALL•E, etc.) for ideation, concepting and workflow efficiency Iterate quickly based on feedback and performance data

Required Skills & Experience




6+ years of relevant graphic design experience Solid portfolio showcasing digital-first work
Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) • Strong understanding of layout, typography, color theory and UX/UI basics Experience with Al tools such as ChatGPT and generative design tools
Ability to work fast without compromising quality

Positive to Have
Motion graphics (After Effects, simple animations)
Basic video editing
Understanding of marketing funnels and performance creatives Experience in EdTech / startups
Prompt engineering skills for design workflows
