What You’ll Do
Create and serve high-quality cocktails, classic drinks & beverages.
Lead, train, and manage the bar team during service.
Maintain bar inventory, stock counts, wastage & beverage costs.
Handle Delhi Excise registers, liquor records, invoices & stock reconciliation.
Ensure compliance with applicable liquor licensing and excise requirements.
Maintain high standards of hygiene, presentation, service & guest experience.
Develop new cocktails and contribute to the overall beverage program.

What We’re Looking For
4+ years of bartending experience, with senior/head bartender experience preferred.
Robust cocktail-making and mixology skills.
Hands-on knowledge of Delhi Excise registers and liquor documentation is essential.
Good understanding of inventory and cost control.
Confident leader with excellent communication and guest-service skills.
Energetic, organised, and comfortable working in a fast-paced setting.
