Valuable understanding of the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle.
Hands-on experience with job portals and LinkedIn sourcing.
Robust communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle multiple positions and priorities simultaneously.
Valuable negotiation and candidate-handling skills.
Target-oriented and proactive approach.
Willingness to work from the Bangalore location.
