Full Stack Developer (Team Lead) About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Full Stack Developer with solid technical expertise and proven leadership capabilities to join our team. This role goes beyond hands-on development you will be responsible for client communication, sprint planning, and mentoring/managing a team of developers, while actively contributing to architecture and code. The ideal candidate is someone who can balance solid technical delivery with team leadership and client-facing responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities Technical Development
Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using Node.js, Next.js, and Laravel
Build and optimize both front-end and back-end components, ensuring high performance and responsiveness
Design and manage MySQL database schemas, write optimized queries, and ensure data integrity
Develop and integrate RESTful APIs and third-party services
Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following best practices
Conduct code reviews to ensure code quality, security, and adherence to standards




Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues across the stack

Client Interaction
Participate in client calls to understand requirements, provide technical inputs, and gather feedback
Translate client requirements into technical specifications and actionable tasks for the team
Provide regular project updates and status reports to clients and stakeholders
Act as a key technical point of contact for client queries and concerns

Team Project Management
Lead sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives following Agile/Scrum methodology
Break down project requirements into user stories, estimate effort, and assign tasks to team members
Mentor and guide junior/mid-level developers, supporting their technical growth
Monitor team performance, ensure timely delivery, and manage project timelines
Coordinate with QA, design, and other cross-functional teams to ensure smooth
