JOB SUMMARY

We are looking for an experienced General HR Manager to manage overall HR operations, employee relations, recruitment, payroll coordination, compliance, and HR policies.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage overall HR operations and employee lifecycle.
Handle recruitment, onboarding, documentation, and employee relations.
Manage attendance, leave, payroll coordination, and HR records.
Handle performance management, grievances, and employee engagement.
Ensure statutory compliance and HR policy implementation.
Prepare HR MIS and reports.
Handle exit formalities and Full & Final Settlement.
Lead and support the HR team.

REQUIRED SKILLS




Solid knowledge of HR operations and labour compliance.
Good communication and leadership skills.
Knowledge of payroll, HRMS, and MS Excel.
Robust problem-solving and decision-making skills.

QUALIFICATION
Graduate/Postgraduate in HR, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
5–8 years of relevant HR experience.

PREFERRED
Manufacturing/industrial experience preferred.
Knowledge of PF, ESIC, PT, LWF, Bonus, Gratuity, and labour laws will be an advantage.
