HRO Operations Leader

We are looking for a senior leader with solid experience in Third-Party HRO Operations to lead end-to-end Hire-to-Retire (H2R) operations for the ANZ region.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage end-to-end Hire-to-Retire (H2R) operations.
Oversee key processes including Payroll, employee lifecycle management, Transition and Transformation.
Manage service delivery and build solid relationships with ANZ clients and stakeholders.
Drive large-scale transformation, automation, and process improvement initiatives.
Leverage AI/GenAI-led solutions to improve efficiency, productivity, and business outcomes.
Lead large-scale teams and ensure operational excellence and service delivery.

Key Requirements:
Solid experience in Third-Party HRO/BPO operations is mandatory.
Experience managing ANZ operations or clients is essential.
Robust understanding of ANZ Payroll and Hire-to-Retire processes.
Experience in Transition and Transformation initiatives.
Proven track record in leading automation and AI/GenAI-driven transformation.
Candidates with only Internal Shared Services experience will not be considered.
Comfortable working in ANZ shifts.
