Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced HR skilled to independently manage HR & Administration activities across the head office and project sites. Candidates with strong experience in the Construction industry will be highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities
Manage manpower planning, recruitment, and workforce deployment.
Handle onboarding, attendance, payroll inputs, leave, and employee records.
Manage site manpower, labour mobilization, absenteeism, and productivity.
Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and statutory requirements.
Handle employee grievances, disciplinary matters, and employee relations.
Manage performance appraisals, HR policies, training,



and employee engagement.
Prepare HR MIS and monitor manpower costs.
Oversee HR & general administration across project sites.

Requirements
MBA/PGDM in HR, MSW, MA HR, or equivalent.
8–15 years of HR experience.
Construction industry experience is strongly preferred.
Robust knowledge of labour laws and statutory compliance.
Positive leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Experience managing HR operations across multiple project sites.
Knowledge of HRMS/ERP is an added advantage.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
