Role Description The HR Manager (Logistics Experience Preferred) will oversee all core human resources functions for Brahamputra Cargo Carrier Pvt Ltd, with a focus on supporting logistics operations

Key Responsibilities

*Lead end-to-end HR operations for the logistics teams.

*Drive recruitment efforts for both blue- and white-collar roles.

*Ensure compliance with labor laws, including ESI, PF, and payroll systems.

*Handle employee grievances and maintain a positive work workplace.

*Coordinate training, appraisals, and performance management systems.

*Manage attendance, leave, and HR documentation accurately.





*Support organizational development and policy implementation

Qualifications
Strong HR management skills, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.
Knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, compliance standards, and best practices in workplace safety.
Proficiency in HR documentation, HRIS or HR-related software, and MS Office tools for reporting and record-keeping.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict-resolution abilities, with a team-oriented and ethical approach.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; relevant HR certifications are an advantage.
