About the Role
This role is for an experienced Engagement Manager focused on managing and guiding cross-functional teams through the successful delivery of complex projects in cloud technologies, agile methodologies, and financial services . The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of agile frameworks like SAFe or LeSS , along with a passion for driving successful transformation programs.
Key Responsibilities
Agile Transformation Leadership – Drive the adoption of agile practices (Protected/LeSS) across teams,



fostering a culture of continuous improvement and mentoring stakeholders at all levels.
Project Planning and Execution – Collaborate with stakeholders to define explicit project scopes and objectives, creating actionable plans for successful delivery.
Team Management – Build and lead cross-functional agile teams , fostering collaboration, communication, and performance while promoting team growth.
Coaching and Mentoring – Provide hands-on guidance in agile best practices, helping teams improve their delivery capabilities and continuously enhance their agile maturity.
Stakeholder Engagement – Maintain proactive communication with all project stakeholders, managing expectations and ensuring transparency.
