About the Role

ABS Group is looking for a motivated and result-oriented HR Recruiter to join our recruitment team in Rohtak. The ideal candidate should have at least 6 months of experience in recruitment/talent acquisition and be comfortable with candidate sourcing, screening, calling, interview coordination, and follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities
Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, social media, and other channels.
Screen resumes and shortlist candidates according to client/job requirements.
Conduct initial telephonic HR screening and assess candidate suitability.
Explain job roles, responsibilities, salary, location, and interview process to candidates.
Schedule and coordinate candidate interviews with clients/hiring managers.
Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process until joining.
Maintain candidate databases, recruitment trackers, and daily MIS reports.
Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment targets.
Handle multiple vacancies and bulk hiring requirements simultaneously.




Maintain professional communication and a positive candidate experience.
Coordinate with the recruitment team and hiring managers for smooth closures.

Requirements
Minimum 6 months of experience in recruitment/HR recruitment is mandatory.
Experience in consulting/staffing recruitment will be preferred.
Good communication skills in English and Hindi.
Robust candidate convincing, follow-up, and negotiation skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets and job portals.
Ability to work in a target-oriented and fast-paced setting.
Graduate in any discipline; HR/MBA qualification will be an advantage.
