Key Responsibilities
Own the end-to-end product analytics roadmap across key business areas.
Define and monitor key metrics for engagement, retention, growth, and monetization.
Conduct deep-dive analysis on user behavior, funnels, cohorts, and product performance to uncover actionable insights.
Partner with Product, Growth, Engineering,



and Leadership teams to influence strategic decisions using data.
Design, execute, and evaluate A/B testing and experimentation frameworks.
Develop dashboards, reports, and self-service analytics solutions for business stakeholders.
Ensure data quality, governance, and scalable event tracking in collaboration with Data Engineering teams.
Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing analytics team.
Present insights and business recommendations to senior leadership.
Support campaign measurement, attribution analysis, ROI tracking, and investor/business reporting.

Required Skills
Solid expertise in
SQL
and
Python or R
.
Hands-on experience with
A/B Testing
and experimentation methodologies.
Proficiency in
Tableau, Looker, Metabase
, or similar BI tools.
Experience with cloud data warehouses such as
BigQuery, Snowflake, or Redshift
