We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused Hotel Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our 3-star hotel property. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth hotel operations, delivering excellent guest experiences, managing and inspiring staff, and achieving revenue and operational targets.

The role involves overseeing Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B;, and other hotel departments; managing guest complaints and feedback; monitoring occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, revenue, and operational expenses; coordinating with sales and marketing teams; managing vendors, inventory, and procurement; and ensuring compliance with hotel policies, statutory requirements, and safety standards.





Candidates should have 4–7 years of relevant experience in the hospitality industry, including supervisory or managerial experience, with prior experience managing a 3-star hotel preferred. A Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Hotel Management or Hospitality Management is preferred. Solid leadership, communication, guest relations, problem-solving, revenue management, and cost-control skills are essential, along with proficiency in MS Office and hotel PMS software.

Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
