: Responsibilities
We are looking for a Japanese-speaking Business/Technology Analyst with strong verbal and written communication skills to work with Japanese stakeholders and global delivery teams.
The candidate should have a valuable understanding of SDLC, including requirements gathering, solution/design discussions,



testing, and delivery coordination.
Prior experience or domain knowledge in Consumer Goods (CG) or Financial Services (FS) is preferred. Salesforce experience is not mandatory, but familiarity with Salesforce/CRM platforms would be an advantage.
The role requires robust stakeholder management skills and the ability to bridge business requirements and technology teams across Japanese and English-speaking settings.

Mandatory skill sets:
Must have experience in Japanese Language
Should have excellent communication, stakeholder management, problem-solving, and escalation-handling skills
Knowledge of Financial Services/ Consumer Goods/ Manufacturing Sector

Preferred skill sets:
Japanese Language Proficiency, Business Analyst (Japanese Speaking), Technology Analyst, Requirements Gathering & Analysis, SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle), Stakeholder Management, Japanese-English Communication, CRM / Salesforce Knowledge, Delivery Coordination & UAT Testing
