Honeywell PLC Automation Engineer

Location: S. Kolathur, Chennai

Employment: Full time

Experience: 1–3 years

Qualification: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech – Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, Automation or Mechatronics.

Key Skills:
Honeywell PLC / DCS systems
Honeywell HC900 / ML200 / ML200R experience preferred
PLC programming, troubleshooting and modification
HMI / SCADA development and troubleshooting
I/O configuration and loop checking
Industrial communication protocols
Control panel and instrumentation understanding
FAT, SAT, commissioning and site troubleshooting
Reading electrical and instrumentation drawings
Preparation of technical documentation

Responsibilities:
Develop and modify PLC/HMI/SCADA programs.
Troubleshoot PLC, HMI,



communication and instrumentation issues.
Execute automation projects from engineering through commissioning.
Perform FAT/SAT and site commissioning.
Coordinate with customers, vendors and project teams.
Prepare I/O lists, control narratives, functional logic and project documentation.
Provide technical support for existing Honeywell automation systems.
Travel to customer sites when required.

Preferred Candidate: Someone who has actually worked on Honeywell PLC systems, rather than only having general PLC knowledge.

Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
