About the Role
Marconix is looking for an energetic and target-driven HR Recruiter Executive with strong IT & Non-IT full-cycle recruitment experience.
Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to joining.
Recruit for both IT & Non-IT positions.
Source candidates through Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, referrals & other channels.
Conduct candidate screening, interview coordination and follow-ups.
Manage offer negotiation, joining and candidate closures.
Achieve recruitment targets and maintain hiring MIS.
What We’re Looking For
Strong knowledge of IT & Non-IT recruitment.
Good understanding of full-cycle recruitment.
Good English communication and convincing skills.
Target-oriented, energetic and strong follow-up skills.
Knowledge of Naukri, LinkedIn and other recruitment platforms.
Immediate / short-notice joiners preferred.
Good Hindi communication.
