Key Responsibilities
Handle the end-to-end recruitment process.
Source candidates through Indeed, LinkedIn, job portals, and other platforms.
Screen CVs and conduct initial interviews.
Coordinate interviews with candidates and management.
Prepare and post job advertisements.
Maintain candidate records and recruitment databases.
Follow up with candidates and coordinate the joining process.
Support other HR activities as required.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
2–4 years of experience in recruitment.
UAE recruitment experience is preferred.
Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
Valuable knowledge of recruitment portals and MS Office.
Ability to manage multiple vacancies and meet deadlines.
Robust coordination and follow-up skills.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
