Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Automation Anywhere Developer to join our agile team. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in robotic process automation (RPA) and a proven track record of developing and implementing automation solutions using Automation Anywhere.

Responsibilities
Design, develop, and implement RPA solutions using Automation Anywhere.
Collaborate with business analysts to identify and refine automation requirements.
Conduct testing and debugging to ensure high-quality solutions.
Monitor and maintain RPA solutions to ensure ongoing efficiency and performance.
Create detailed documentation for developed processes and procedures.
Provide support and training to end-users on implemented RPA solutions.

Mandatory skill sets
UiPath

Preferred skill sets
Experience with other RPA tools such as UiPath or Blue Prism.
Knowledge of cognitive automation and AI technologies.




Familiarity with process modeling and automation frameworks.
Advanced/Master Certification in Automation Anywhere.

Experience
4+ yrs to 7 years of total experience with at least 4 years of hands-on UiPath development and platform support
Prior experience working on enterprise-scale UiPath implementations (multi-bot settings, COE-led delivery)

Education
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field

Qualifications
Proven experience of 3+ years with Automation Anywhere and other RPA tools.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Effective communication skills to work with various stakeholders.
Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality work.
