Job Responsibilities
Provide first aid and basic medical care to employees at the workplace.
Monitor employees health and maintain medical records.
Attend to workplace injuries, illnesses, and medical emergencies.
Coordinate with doctors, hospitals, and ambulance services when required.
Conduct basic health checks such as BP, temperature, blood sugar, and other vital signs.
Support occupational health and workplace wellness programs.
Maintain stock and records of medicines, first-aid supplies, and medical equipment.
Assist in health camps, medical screenings, and vaccination programs.
Educate employees on health, hygiene, safety, and preventive healthcare.
Maintain accurate documentation and submit regular health-related reports.
Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety guidelines.
