Key Responsibilities
Identify and research relevant influencers and content creators across platforms such as Instagram, YouTube.
Assist with influencer outreach, communication, negotiations, and follow-ups.
Maintain and regularly update influencer databases and outreach trackers.
Assist in coordinating influencer campaigns, content requirements, and deliverables.
Track campaign performance, engagement, and other relevant metrics.
Support the team in preparing campaign reports and performance insights.
Coordinate with internal teams and influencers to ensure timely execution of campaigns.
Stay updated on social media trends, emerging creators, and influencer marketing trends.

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business, or a related field.
2+ year of relevant experience.
Robust interest in influencer marketing, social media, fashion, and digital marketing.
Valuable written and verbal communication skills.
Familiarity with Instagram, YouTube, and other social media platforms.
Solid research, coordination, and organizational skills.
Creative, proactive, detail-oriented, and willing to learn.
