As a Senior Associate you'll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. PwC Skilled skills and responsibilities for this management level include but are not limited to:

Responsibilities
Configure and support SAP HCM Time Management modules including: Work schedules and shift planning
Time evaluation (PE configuration)
Absence and attendance types
Leave management and holiday calendars
Overtime and premiums
Integrate Time Management with SAP Payroll and other HCM sub-modules
Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications




Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to time recording, time evaluation, and payroll integration
Support system testing (unit, integration, UAT) and ensure data accuracy
Provide production support and manage change requests
Prepare functional documentation and configuration guides
Support statutory and compliance requirements related to working time and leave policies
Collaborate with technical teams on enhancements and interfaces
