Key Responsibilities
Coordinate with all shortlisted influencers from briefing to final video delivery.
Communicate clearly with influencers regarding concepts, scripts, references and deliverables.
Create trending and viral-friendly video concepts for influencers.
Understand each influencer’s content style and suggest concepts that suit their audience.
Research daily trends, viral Reels, hooks, formats, sounds and content styles.
Give influencers explicit creative direction while allowing their content to feel natural.
Develop robust hooks, concepts and storylines that can increase watch time, shares and engagement.
Review influencer videos and provide feedback/changes before final approval.
Ensure videos are high-quality,



on-trend and aligned with the brand’s positioning.
Follow up with influencers to ensure timely submission and posting.
Maintain complete communication and coordination with influencers throughout the campaign.
Work closely with the internal Content & Marketing Team to execute campaigns.
Continuously analyse which influencer videos are performing well and replicate successful formats.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
