HR Generalist

Space Softech is a growing IT and software development company delivering web, mobile, API, fintech, and enterprise technology solutions. We are looking for an experienced HR Generalist to manage HR operations and employee lifecycle activities.

Key Responsibilities
Manage daily HR operations, employee records, attendance, and leave.
Handle recruitment, candidate screening, interviews, offers, and onboarding.
Conduct HR induction and explain company policies.
Handle employee queries, grievances, and engagement activities.
Manage probation, confirmation, performance reviews, and employee movements.
Coordinate monthly payroll and attendance inputs with the accounts team.
Manage resignation, exit interviews, clearance, and full & final settlement.
Prepare HR letters including appointment, confirmation, promotion, experience, and relieving letters.
Maintain HR MIS, headcount, attrition, hiring,



and attendance reports.
Support HR policies, compliance, and employee documentation.

Requirements
Bachelor's/Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
1–3 years of experience in HR Generalist/HR Operations.
Experience in an IT/software company preferred.
Positive knowledge of recruitment, HR operations, and employee lifecycle.
Working knowledge of HRMS, MS Excel, and Google Sheets.
Robust communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and work independently.

Salary ₹10,000 – ₹40,000 per month
