Key Responsibilities:

Project Execution Delivery
Lead multiple commercial interior fit-out projects from planning to handover
Ensure adherence to timelines, quality standards, and project budgets
Drive site execution strategies and resolve on-ground challenges proactively
Act as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, and internal teams
Coordinate with design, procurement, and execution teams for seamless delivery
Conduct regular project review meetings and provide status updates
Develop project schedules, resource plans, and execution roadmaps
Monitor progress against milestones and implement corrective actions where required




Ensure alignment between drawings, BOQs, and site execution

Cost Vendor Management
Oversee budgeting, cost control, and value engineering initiatives
Manage vendor finalization, negotiations, and performance tracking
Ensure effective material planning and utilization at site
Maintain high standards of workmanship and quality checks
Ensure compliance with safety norms, statutory requirements, and company SOPs
Conduct regular audits and inspections at project sites

Key Requirements:
Bachelor s degree in Civil Engineering / Architecture or related field
10+ years of experience only in commercial interior fit-out projects
Solid understanding of site execution, MEP coordination, and finishing works
Proven experience in handling large-scale turnkey projects
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and tight deadlines
