Making recommendations of suitable candidates
Coordinating interviews
Following up on the interview process status
Presenting company information and perks during screening process
Current updates on the company’s organization structure, personnel policy, and laws regarding employment practices
Liaison with employment agencies, colleges, and industry associations
Reports on employment activity.
Maintaining relationships with both internal and external clients to ensure recruitment goals are achieved.
