About the Role

We are looking for a
BIM Engineer
with 2+ years of hands-on experience in
Scan-to-BIM, Architectural and Structural modelling
using
Autodesk Revit
. The ideal candidate should have experience working on
residential building projects
.

Key Responsibilities
Develop accurate
Architectural and Structural BIM models
using Autodesk Revit.
Work on
Scan-to-BIM projects
, converting point cloud data into detailed BIM models.
Interpret architectural and structural drawings, point clouds, and site data.
Create and maintain Revit families, views, sheets, and project documentation.
Coordinate Architectural and Structural models and identify modelling issues.
Perform quality checks to ensure model accuracy and compliance with project requirements.
Collaborate with BIM Leads, Engineers,



and project teams to deliver models within timelines.

Required Skills
2+ years of hands-on experience with Autodesk Revit
.
Robust experience in both
Architectural and Structural modelling
.
Practical experience in
Scan-to-BIM workflows
.
Experience working on
residential building projects
.
Good understanding of BIM standards, modelling practices, and construction drawings.
Solid attention to detail and ability to work independently.

Education

Bachelor’s/Diploma in
Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field
.
