Manage the end-to-end recruitment process.
Understand hiring requirements from stakeholders
Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.
Screen resumes and conduct preliminary interviews to assess candidate suitability.
Follow up with candidates throughout the selection process and maintain a positive candidate experience.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
MBA graduate in HR
Ability to handle multiple requirements simultaneously.
Proficiency in MS Office and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
Valuable understanding of recruitment processes and employment practices.
