Job Summary

Lighthouse Info Systems is seeking a detail-oriented HR Intern eager to master the intersection of Human Resources and the IT Sector. This role offers a unique opportunity to learn end-to-end HR functions while gaining deep insights into technical recruitment and the rapid-paced tech landscape.

Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition: Source and screen candidates for technical/non-technical roles via Naukri, LinkedIn, and Indeed.
Coordination: Draft job descriptions, schedule interviews, and track candidate progress in our database.
Onboarding & Admin: Assist with employee documentation, orientation, and maintaining accurate records.
Engagement: Support internal HR communications and employee initiatives.
Tech Learning: Develop a solid understanding of IT roles and industry hiring trends.





Requirements
Education: MBA or PG in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and robust interpersonal skills.
Mindset: A proactive learner with a genuine interest in the IT industry.
Agility: Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-growing setting.
