Key Responsibilities
Provide basic technical support to employees and assist with day-to-day IT issues.
Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and system-related problems.
Install, configure, and maintain computers, software, and IT peripherals.
Assist in user account setup, system configuration, and access management.
Maintain IT asset and support documentation.
Escalate complex technical issues to the appropriate IT team.




Support the IT team with routine maintenance and other technical tasks.

Requirements
Pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
Basic knowledge of Windows OS, computer hardware, software, and networking.
Valuable troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
Willingness to learn and work in a team environment.
A positive attitude and eagerness to build a career in IT.
