Role & responsibilities
Handle end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to onboarding.
Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels.
Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
Follow up with candidates until joining.
Manage offer letters and pre-joining documentation.
Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate database, and MIS reports.
Coordinate with consultants and other recruitment sources.
Preferred candidate profile
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong sourcing and candidate screening skills.
Valuable follow-up and coordination abilities.
Knowledge of Naukri/LinkedIn recruitment tools.
Positive MS Excel skills.
Experience in EPC/Construction/MEP recruitment is preferred.
