Role & responsibilities
Assist with recruitment, candidate screening, interview coordination and HR operations.
Support Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn, YouTube and multi-channel campaigns.
Assist with SEO/SEM, keyword research, website optimization and Google Analytics.
Support social media posts, ad creatives and video campaigns.
Assist with ROI tracking, conversion optimization, A/B testing and budget management.
Work with tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics and Canva.
Support team mentoring, project coordination, client communication and strategy execution.
Maintain trackers, reports and ensure timely follow-ups.

Required Skills

Basic understanding of HR and digital marketing concepts.
