Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and well-organised HR Executive to manage day-to-day HR activities, employee engagement, attendance, documentation and statutory compliance.

The ideal candidate should have 23 years of hands-on HR experience and good practical knowledge of PF and basic statutory compliances. The candidate should be comfortable working on HR systems and maintaining employee records accurately.

Role & responsibilities
Handle day-to-day HR operations and employee-related activities.
Manage PF-related work and basic statutory compliance, including employee registration, UAN-related activities, PF records and coordination with consultants/agencies.
Maintain employee records, joining documentation and HR files.
Manage attendance, leave records and employee data.
Coordinate employee onboarding and exit formalities.
Handle employee queries and support employee engagement activities.
Assist in payroll-related coordination and provide required HR inputs.
Ensure timely completion of HR documentation and compliance requirements.




Coordinate with management and employees for HR-related matters.
Maintain HR data and reports using Excel and other HR systems/software.
Support recruitment and interview coordination whenever required.
Maintain confidentiality of employee information.

Required Skills
23 years of relevant experience in HR.
Good practical knowledge of PF compliance and HR statutory processes.
Knowledge of employee attendance, leave and payroll coordination.
Good working knowledge of MS Excel, Word and HR software/systems.
Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to independently handle routine HR activities.
Good documentation and record-keeping skills.
Should be disciplined, responsible and comfortable dealing with employees at different levels.
