Job Responsibilities
Assist in day-to-day HR activities for showroom and service workshop.
Maintain employee records, personal files, and HR documentation.
Handle attendance, leave, and employee-related data.
Support recruitment, interview scheduling, and joining formalities.
Coordinate employee onboarding and induction.
Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and other HR documents.
Maintain daily/monthly HR MIS and reports.
Coordinate with employees regarding HR-related queries.
Assist in payroll inputs, attendance data, and salary-related information.
Maintain records of employee joining, resignation, and exit formalities.
Coordinate with department heads for manpower requirements.
Support statutory compliance and documentation as required.
Assist in employee engagement activities and HR initiatives.
Ensure proper filing and updating of all HR records.
Required Skills
Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of HR processes.
Positive knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
Good coordination and follow-up skills.
Ability to maintain confidential employee information.
Positive organizational and documentation skills.
Automobile/2-wheeler dealership HR experience will be an advantage.
Education Graduate in any discipline.
HR/MBA-HR preferred.
