Description
Represent the company in legal proceedings.
Protect the company against legal risks and violations.
Drafting or Vetting legal agreements/ Contracts etc.
Drafting of Show Cause Notice / Warning memo
Responsibilities
Representing company in different courts related to legal / labour proceedings before the Labour Court / Industrial Tribunal / State Consumer Forum or higher forum / High Court/ City Civil Courts with the help of Legal Representative
Conduct of Enquiry of mis-conduct against employees
Requirements and skills
Labour law experience of 2+ Years.
Valuable negotiation and communications skills
Must have LLB or LLM from Bar council of India
Posses own commute to travel within Bengaluru
Posses valuable computer knowledge (email, word)
Working in a Hospital would be an added advantage.
