Job Title: Head Electronics Electrical (Senior Manager)

Department: Production/Quality

Reports To: Chairman

Employment Type: Full time

Role responsibilities:
Support day-to-day manufacturing activities related to electrical and electronic products.
Develop, implement, and optimize manufacturing processes to improve productivity, quality, and cost efficiency.
Analyze production issues and provide technical solutions to minimize downtime and improve output.
Review electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, circuit layouts, and technical drawings.
Provide technical support for electrical panels, control systems, PLCs, sensors, motors, VFDs, relays, and electronic assemblies.
Ensure proper testing, validation, and quality inspection of electrical and electronic products before dispatch.
Coordinate with design and RD teams for recent product introduction (NPI) and engineering changes.
Identify process improvement opportunities using Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, 5S, TPM, and Six Sigma methodologies.




Support preventive and predictive maintenance activities for manufacturing equipment and automation systems.
Monitor production KPIs and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce rejection.
Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
Ensure compliance with safety standards, statutory regulations, and quality management systems.
Train production operators on manufacturing processes, safety practices, and quality standards.
Work closely with Procurement and Supply Chain teams to ensure material availability and smooth production flow.

Technical Skills:
Strong knowledge of electrical systems, industrial control panels, motors, transformers, switchgear, MCCs, and power distribution.
Positive understanding of electronic components, PCBs, controllers, sensors, relays, power supplies, and embedded systems.
Hands-on experience with PLCs, HMIs, VFDs, SCADA, and industrial automation systems.
