Talent Acquisition (end-to-end)
Write JDs, source (LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, referrals), screen, schedule, and close
Run structured interviews with hiring managers; manage negotiations
Build a talent pipeline for recurring roles (operations, marketing, logistics)
Track hiring metrics: time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, offer-to-join ratio
Onboarding & Documentation
Offer letters, appointment letters, contracts, NDAs, confirmation and exit letters
Background verification, personnel files, and a clean digital records system
A structured 30-day onboarding so current joiners are productive in week one
HR Operations & Policies
Maintain the employee handbook: leave, WFH, code of conduct
Maintain data of attendance, and leave.
Grievance handling, disciplinary processes, exit interviews and attrition analysis
Performance & Growth




Identify training needs and set up goal-setting (KRAs/KPAs) with managers
Culture & Branding
Engagement calendar: celebrations, & team events.
Represent our culture on LinkedIn.

Who fits
2–5 years as an HR generalist, ideally startup / D2C / manufacturing
Has personally run end-to-end recruitment (not just one)
Fluent with HRMS tools and Excel/Sheets
Discreet, organised, and comfortable being a one-person department with founder backing
MBA/PGDM (HR) preferred; ownership matters more than pedigree
