We re looking for a passionate and experienced Academic Trainer to lead English language enhancement programs across schools in Tamil Nadu and nearby regions.
Responsibilities
Conduct engaging and interactive training sessions for educators and institutions.
Support schools in enhancing English teaching practices and improving learning outcomes.
Identify learning needs through observations and assessments, and provide actionable feedback.
Facilitate career development workshops to strengthen teachers skills and methodologies.
Travel frequently to partner institutions across the region for in office support and collaboration.
Requirements
3 5 years of English teaching/training experience.
Solid communication and leadership skills.
Experience in managing or implementing educational programs.
