Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers.
Support onboarding and employee documentation processes.
Drive employee engagement initiatives, team activities, and workplace culture programs.
Assist in HR operations and day-to-day employee coordination.
Handle administrative operations such as attendance records, office coordination, vendor coordination, and general workplace administration.
Maintain HR trackers, records, and internal reports.

Who We’re Looking For




Bachelor’s degree in HR, Management, or a related field.
Fresher or up to 1 year of experience in HR or administration.
Prior experience working in a D2C setup or fast-paced startup environment will be preferred.
Strong understanding of HR operations, recruitment, and employee coordination.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good organizational and coordination abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace.
A proactive attitude and willingness to work in a fast-paced, hands-on workplace.
