Job Title: Application Lab - Intern

Location: Navi Mumbai, India

Work Arrangement: Onsite
Responsibilities
Assist in developing and evaluating functional ingredient blends for food applications.
Conduct hands-on laboratory trials for categories including dairy beverages, ice cream, bakery premixes, sweetener blends, batter coating systems, and other customized food solutions.
Prepare formulations, samples, and maintain laboratory equipment.
Document trial results, formulations, and technical records accurately.
Support sample preparation and dispatch.
Coordinate with Procurement, Warehouse, Quality, and Production teams for raw material and sample management.
Maintain laboratory documentation and ensure compliance with positive laboratory practices.
Skills
Pursuing or recently completed Bachelors/Masters degree in Food Technology, Food Science, Dairy Technology,



Nutrition, Biotechnology, or a related field.
Strong interest in food product development and hands-on laboratory work.
Positive documentation, communication, and MS Office skills.
Detail-oriented, organized, and eager to learn.
